Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing or production.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Personalised Orders

Orders that include personalised options such as:

  • Player Name
  • Jersey Number
  • Badges or Patches
  • Any other custom additions

cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has begun. Please ensure all personalisation details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, you may refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds, where applicable.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, size, or personalisation details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
